<aside> 💡 If you duplicate this page (click on the top right corner …Duplicate) you can copy this into your Notion account and start making notes inside this document. If you don’t have a Notion account, it is easy to start one, I highly recommend starting a Notion account. It is great for making notes like this, manage your projects and more. I use it only for making fancy documents like this🤗

Welcome my dear fellow creative,

This guide will help you see clearly what your website truly needs to support your creative business.

In website design, I prioritize SIMPLICITY and FOCUS on what matters most.

I understand how difficult it can be to know where to begin. Feeling overwhelmed is the primary obstacle that prevents us from taking action. My goal is to help you avoid that overwhelm and instead feel INSPIRED.

My mission is to help creative, heart-centered entrepreneurs like you gain clarity about your website and feel empowered to create and share your work.

Why do you need a website?

Let's first define why you need a website.

Your website creates a powerful first impression. It communicates your message to those you want to help. Most importantly, it serves as a tool to connect with your audience. It enables you to build a newsletter list and sell your services, courses or products. Your website can serve many functions that support your business.

So, clarify first why you need a website?

You might be at a particular phase of your journey, for example:

Phase 1: You want to start a blog to share your creations, writings, photographs, experiences and expertise. You have a deep desire to express yourself, but at this point, you're unsure how to turn your passion into a business.

Phase 2: You have a business and need a place where potential clients can learn more about you. When starting out, your work often comes through referrals—which is an excellent foundation. While you're still refining your services and message, a simple brochure website serves as the perfect platform to introduce yourself.

Phase 3: You want to grow your audience and increase your income. This is a valid goal, but a website or blog alone isn't enough—you'll need to focus on marketing as well. Even the most beautiful website won't automatically attract new clients, though it provides an essential foundation.

Common website priorities include: starting a blog, showcasing your work or expertise, selling products or services, promoting a physical shop, scheduling appointments, displaying your portfolio, selling online courses, promoting events, distributing questionnaires, selling memberships, and growing your email list.
